I saw the reviews and they were very good 4+. It was NOT in a box, but very well protected in a plastic air wrap. The GAME PAD [controller] doesn't work. When plugged in, none of the keys worked on either the game pad or the UNIT itself. The battery lasted about ten minutes. I charged it for 6-7 hours, over night and tried again with and without the game pad. Putting the game pad in - neither of the parts allowed use of the keys. Just froze. Then when using the game itself; again, only lasted 5 - 10 minutes AND needed to be recharged. With all the positive reviews I guess I just got a defective one! SO CANNOT recommend OR say anything else negative. I received a refund and will purchase another one - hoping for better luck
